I returned to Yoga primarily because of knee pain and an inability to perform the high-impact exercise. After attending Ashwini online classes from the Ancient Yoga Centre my knee is much improved and so is my body as a whole. This is a perfect start for me in the morning and I will not give up this time I’ve set aside for myself. Attending my yoga classes with Ancient Yoga is mandatory for my well-being. I deeply appreciate how they design classes. These classes are both subtle and rigorous. Ashwini’s classes embrace yoga’s ancient wisdom allowing mind, body, and spirit to come into true alignment. From the first class, I enjoyed Ashwini’s enthusiasm, patience, love of Yoga, and demeanor. He makes me feel welcome and comfortable.
This is my weekly sanctuary from life’s stresses. I look forward to this class more than I can say.

Shubham is a very pleasant, polite, and thoughtful yoga instructor at Ancient Yoga Centre and his class is much fun. I learn something new in every class. I learn that yoga is best for self-care. Shubham gives individual attention and correcting the posture also motivates us to push our limits inch by inch. The classes are long enough to really feel the benefits of stretching, movements, relaxing, engaging, and letting go. I would recommend Ancient Yoga Centre to anyone and everyone.
